Swarm of bees delays Angels-Mariners game twice

ANAHEIM, Calif. – C.J. Wilson wasn't threatened by the swarm of bees that took over the Angel Stadium field during two brief game delays. With little help from his teammates, the Los Angeles Angels' durable left-hander couldn't avoid a streak-snapping loss.

Kenya Attack - Live shooting & gun battle in Nairobi shopping centre
A gun battle inside a shopping centre in the Kenyan capital Nairobi has left at least 20 people dead, the Kenyan Red Cross says. The gunmen attacked the Westgate centre - one of the city's most exclusive. Dozens of shoppers fled; many are still feared trapped inside. A senior police officer originally said it was an attempted robbery but later called it a possible terrorist attack.
The Somali militant group al-Shabab had threatened to strike the centre. It is opposed to Kenya sending troops to fight in Somalia. No group has said it carried out Saturday's attack. Officers have now surrounded the building in an attempt to evacuate remaining shoppers. A military helicopter has landed nearby.

Authorities find 6 bodies in submerged cars in Oklahoma
Oklahoma state law enforcement officials have pulled two vehicles from a lake that may contain the bodies of six people listed as missing for decades. The Daily Elk Citian reported that the vehicles -- which were recovered from Foss Lake in western Oklahoma Tuesday afternoon -- appear to match a Camaro missing with three Sayre teenagers since 1970 and an older Chevrolet with two Canute residents missing since the late 1950s or early 1960s.

Syrian President Bashar Assad, in an exclusive interview with Fox News, claimed he is fully committed to carrying out a plan to turn over and destroy his government's chemical weapons -- while continuing to deny responsibility for last month's deadly chemical weapons attack despite new evidence that officials say implicates the Assad regime.
Assad acknowledged that his government has chemical weapons. "It's not a secret anymore," he said, referencing his government's decision to join the international Chemical Weapons Convention.
